Sweat Your Prayers

Once a month, Morning Star hosts a dance jam to which all ages and abilities are welcome. Come celebrate life with joyful gratitude at the Centre's spacious dance studio. Nothing beats a good aerobic sweat to boost immune system health!

Enjoy 2 hours of non-stop dancing as you move at your own pace and comfort level. Different members of our dance community put together eclectic selections of music that get us stretching, sliding, swimming, shaking, slithering and stomping up a storm while re-inventing our movement bodies. Great Fun!
